Subaru Superstore Customer Review

We love hearing from our customers, both good and bad. The only way we can truly make your experience better is to hear what you have to say and get your valuable feedback. Below is a letter from Sarah and Thomas, who recently purchased a Subaru Impreza 2.5 from our dealership.
Hello Mr. Cvijanovich,
I wanted to send you a note to make you aware of a job well done at your Subaru Superstore of Chandler location. We can’t say enough great things about Salesman John Fliss!
My husband and I purchased a 2010 Subaru Impreza 2.5i last night and were so overwhelmed by the wonderful and friendly service that John provided. John is genuine, helpful, friendly, patient and did everything he could to help us make a purchase that would keep us happy for years to come. My husband is a long-time Subaru fan so the decision to buy a Subaru was easy, but finding a quality dealership that puts the customer first could have been a challenge. We were lucky to find your dealership!
John immediately greeted us, got to know us and helped us find a vehicle that suited all of our needs. While we had a slightly lower-priced deal negotiated with one of your competitors we preferred to work with John and his manager Frank (also wonderful) and give them our business instead. The difference was in the customer service and professionalism John and Frank provided throughout our experience.
John is truly an asset to your team and we genuinely appreciate all of the time and effort he put into our sale. Just one example of how he went above and beyond: John and my husband are both photography enthusiasts so we were so excited when John took a picture of us with our brand new vehicle once the sale was complete – it’s something we’ll treasure and a story we’ll be sharing with friends and family.
We’ll be back soon to finish our transaction (we have a few accessories to be installed on the car) and knowing that you hire exceptional employees such as John, we are confident in your accessories and service departments as well.
