Instead of disconnecting from your surroundings when you’re in your car, Subaru engineering keeps you in touch with the ground beneath you. Being connected to the road helps keep you alert and well-prepared for the terrain you’re traveling. Subaru’s distinctive design allows for a balance between comfort, tight suspension and responsive handling to keep you in control.

Don’t forget your end-of-summer service inspection
August 31, 2010 by SUBARULOVERS, under Subaru Performance.

More miles are driven in the U.S. during the summer months than any other time of the year, and all of those miles in triple-digit weather is definitely not easy on the Subie! Breakdowns, blowouts and overheating are far more likely, and the heat can really affect your vehicle’s performance and reliability. Now that the road trips are coming to an end, it’s time to make sure that all that summer fun hasn’t taken too big of a toll on your vehicle! The easiest way to revamp your Subaru is to stop by the Subaru Superstore of Chandler Service Department for an after-summer vehicle inspection.

Meet Subaru Rally Team Member Travis Pastrana
August 24, 2010 by SUBARULOVERS, under Featured Vehicles, Subaru Performance, Uncategorized.

Subaru’s Rally team is hot! Driver Travis Pastrana, recent winner of the 2010 Olympus Rally near Aberdeen and Ocean Shores Washington (his second win this year) is currently ranked 3rd overall in the 2010 Championship standings. A silver medalist at the ESPN X Games 15 at the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles, Pastrana narrowly gave up the gold to fellow racer Kenny Brack, a former winner of the Indi 500. In an effort to out-race Brack, Pastrana clipped a cement barrier with the right front wheel of his Subaru, nearly ripping the wheel from his car, and forcing him to finish 2nd place.
